ME CLINIC SEOUL is using 'Sleep anesthesia' for all of our invasive procedures
and plastic surgeries. We use twilight anesthesia (Sleep anesthesia) for our plastic surgeries
and patients need to have a few tests before having safe anesthesia including blood tests for
most of the surgeries. And the patient can request for a preferred specific sleep-inducing
medication regarding body condition and must report before surgery or procedure
if you have any ALLERGIES or SIDE EFFECT HISTORY in your previous medical
procedures with anesthesia

Breast Silicon implantation

- We have two kinds of Breast implant surgery types. Inserting silicone under the mammary gland and inserting silicone under the chest muscle. Also we do have two types of silicones for breast implantation.

Inserting under the mammary gland - Bigger looking and soft feeling
Inserting under the chest muscle - Little smaller in size but less implant - looking and touch feeling on breast tissues.
Round type silicone - Basic silicone type
Tear drop type silicone - More natural look and feeling

Incision method (Approaching method) for breast implantation surgery.

- Transaxillary incision - for patients who are having sagging breasts or large breasts with scar size of 3~4 cm long. Scar is barely visible due to location.

- High pain and possibly patient will have difficulty moving arms for a couple of days.

- Infra-mammary incision - most basic approach method with minimum scar of 2~3 cm long. Low pain

- Periareolar incision - ME clinic using this approach to specific patients only or Gynecomastia surgery. Low pain

06: Please do not take like Aspirin, vita E, Chinese medicine before 2 weeks of operation. It will disturb homeostasis.

07: Before 5 hours of operation, Please do not take any food, even water, gum or candy.

08: You need to be here 30 mins earlier before your reservation.
