Our price is fixed and there will be no additional charges for Tax. But Medication is not included and the cost is about to 50 USD.

For anesthesia:
We do have sleeping anesthesia(Twilight anesthesia) and general anesthesia but it depends on the surgery procedure. And we usually undergo the surgery by sleeping anesthesia(Twilight anesthesia) and dental and local anesthesia.
Anyway, May i ask your concerns?

And our staff and doctors are good in English so you don't need to pay more for translator.:)
